Katie King

Katie King

Social Media and Marketing Manager

Meet Katie!

Katie is a DIY Blogger turned Social Media Coordinator who has been working with craft brands and crafty people for over 10 years. She started her first DIY blog back in 2011 to share her projects and to meet other creative people. While working on her blog, she became a freelance writer, design team member, and DIY contributor for a variety of crafting websites and publications.

In 2018, she decided to switch careers, and is now helping other DIY Bloggers and Creative Entrepreneurs with managing their social media!

When Katie is not posting content for HomeMade, she is most likely chasing after her (very spoiled) Shih Tzu named Niblet or embroidering!

Erin Adamson

Erin Adamson

Graphic Designer

Meet Erin!

Erin is a professional member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers, with over 20 years experience in Graphic Design.

Erin got her start crafting with her mom and carries her first childhood hot glue gun scar as her proof of membership in the arts and craft lovers club. Now as a mother herself, Erin continues the family tradition of making crafts with her own children.

Combining her knowledge of Graphic Design, and her love for DIYing, Erin recently purchased a Cricut machine and is in the process of redecorating her home with vinyl cut-outs because we all know once you start, you just can’t stop! The Cricut machine has opened Erin up to endless possibilities for decorating and gifting, and new business ventures. Erin’s next goal is to conquer the sewing machine.

What started as a childhood hobby has developed into a passion, allowing Erin to express herself artistically, manage stress, and connect with new friends in the crafting community.
