HandMade Card – Canada Day Video Hop Continues….

My celebration of all things crafty & Canadian continues with this awesome stamp set from Three Rooms called “I Heart Books.” 

This card is being made for my friend Erin who for no reason at all bought me a great book, just because she knew I’d love to read it. So this card has been sent to her as a long over due thank you.

Handmade card using the Three Rooms Studio ” I Heart Books” Stamp Set. Stamped and coloured using Spectrum Noir Finesse Inks and TriBlend Pens.

I used extra foam adhesive on the backs of the cut out stamps so that the furniture would look like it was really sitting in the room.

I chose a vintage inspired patterned paper for the background so that it would look like wall paper, and tasseled the edges of the rug. Love it.
