Halloween Cards!
Fall doesn’t garner a lot of happy mail. So, since I promised myself I’d make a card a day until Christmas (in hopes of  having all hand made cards) but couldn’t quite get into the spirit of Christmas before Halloween, I started season of card making kick here.A Halloween Card. Stamping and die cuts from Simon Says stamp and Lil’ Inkers Designs.
Now I’ve got a stash of happy fall mail and no one will have expected it! Â I think most of the Halloween themed cards will go out to my nieces, nephews and close friends kids.
Kids love getting mail!
No waste here. I used the positive and negative space after I cut out the Ghost. Isn’t this Lil’Inkers Designs ghost just the cutest.
I’m really NOT into scary Halloween. I actually get, ridiculously scared, ridiculously easy. So cute, non-scary halloween cards are it for me.
This actually isn’t a card, instead I masked off the pumpkins in the Got Candy? stamp set by Ellen Hutson and made a little pile of pumpkins. I framed it and hung it at the front door. Â Hopefully I have the forethought to change it before Easter… (probably not).
With all the same supplies used for card making, try making a poster and frame it. I’m hanging this one for the fall season at the front door.

I love this simple non-Halloween Happy Fall card. Â It’s a layered leaves set from Hero Arts and I used different colours of Distress Inks. Â I tried a light misting of water after I stamped with the distress inks to get the colours to bleed like Sandy Allnock did in her post…but all it did for me was look like I spilled something on it and warp the paper. Â So I left it as is.
